Winston B. Chua
Winston has been engaged in the practice of law in the Philippines for over 22 years. He has focused his expertise on family law, business formation and structuring, real estate transaction, litigation & dispute resolution, visa & immigration and trademarks registration.
He is also a licensed real estate broker and real estate appraiser, which give him a specialized understanding of real estate transactions.
He was also briefly a faculty member of St. Paul University – Manila, teaching business law subjects such as Obligations and Contracts, Partnership & Corporation and the Negotiable Instruments Law.
He obtained both his bachelor’s and juris doctor degrees from San Beda University – Manila. He pursued additional studies on securities at the University of Santo Tomas (UST) through the Philippine Stock Exchange – University of Santo Tomas (PSE-UST) Certified Securities Specialist Course.

Mariflor V. Reyes-Nuguit
Mariflor is an experienced attorney with a robust background in corporate law, litigation and contract management. She has built a diverse practice spanning over 15 years, marked by her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and high-stakes legal disputes.
She has extensive experience drafting and reviewing intricate commercial contracts, internal policies and corporate resolutions, having served as corporate secretary for a major savings and loan association.
Her expertise extends to specialized areas including Anti-Money Laundering (AMLA), Data Privacy and Corporate Governance, ensuring business operations remain fully compliant with current laws and government circulars.
Mariflor holds a juris doctor degree from San Beda University – Manila, and a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from St. Paul University – Quezon City.

Neal J. Chua
Neal is a seasoned lawyer, with over 36 years of experience in the practice of law, with primary focus on employment law, civil & criminal litigation and family law. He is the general counsel of a major overseas manpower recruitment agency, deploying skilled Filipino workers in different parts of the world.
He served as a legal staff of Sen. Rene A. Saguisag at the Philippine Senate. He likewise served as in-housel counsel of Allied Bank (now, Philippine National Bank), handling various civil & collection cases for the bank.
Neal has bachelor’s degree in economics and juris doctor degree from San Beda University – Manila.
